After we have received a signed Order Form, you are subscribed to the training.
Based on this order form, you will receive an invoice. This invoice must be paid before the start date; without full payment of the invoice, you can’t attend the training.

Flex exam ISQI®
You can take the test from any location, including your home. The exam is live-proctored, assuring the highest quality standards.
Exam centre (Pearsons VUE)
You can take the test at one of the locations of Pearsons Vue, convenient for you.
In-class exam (after training)
For in-company training, booking an in-class exam with an invigilator present after the training has been given is possible. This way, all participants take the exam simultaneously.
All exam types provide the trainee with a voucher valid for a maximum one year starting from when the voucher is received.
You receive an exam code to proceed to schedule your exam. You can schedule the exam, register yourself and see where the testing centers are at the following link. Make sure to use your exam code during the payment process.

After you schedule your exam, Pearson VUE will send a confirmation email with the date and time, the test centre address, phone number, and location details.

After payment of the invoice and at least 14 days before the start of the training, the subscriber or trainee will receive the training material by post when you register for a virtual training. At classroom training the trainee receives all the materials at the start day of the training.
Well, good question. All our training material is in English, so we prefer giving the courses in English.
All our open-format courses scheduled in the online calendar are given in English.
Although it is possible after request to provide some courses in Dutch in the in-company format.
No they are not, all prices listed on our website are VAT exclusive.

By subscribing or attending training at ttl.be or one of our partners, you agree to be informed a maximum of 4 times a year about our training program.

Yes, you can. Why would you? Did you know that all our training is foreseen of a live video Livestream? So actually you can follow from anywhere.
Still want to cancel? These terms apply when you cancel your subscription to a training:
- Cancellation more than 2 month before the course: 25% of the course fee.
- Cancellation within 1 month of the training: 50% of the course fee.
- Cancellation within 2 weeks of the training: 100% of the course fee.
The exam fee (if applicable) is not refundable in any of these cases.
Yes. ttl.be reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training. In the case of cancelation the paid invoice will be credited.
