TERMS & Conditions
1. A participant is registered for training at the moment the enrollment form is received by The Test Leaders. Based on the enrollment The Test Leaders will make up an Order Form. This Order Form needs to be signed to validate and complete the registration.
2. Full payment for training has to be done accordingly to the payment conditions on the invoice.
3. The Test Leaders reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training. In the case of cancellation by The Test Leaders the paid amount will be credited.
4. In the event of a cancellation by the customer following cancellation fees will be invoiced:
Cancellation more than 1 month before the course: 25% of the course fee.
Cancellation within 1 month of the training: 50% of the course fee.
Cancellation within 2 weeks of the training: 100% of the invoice.
The exam fee (if applicable) is not refundable in any of these cases.
5. All our courses can be organized as in-company training at your offices. For this format, we have special in-company prices. We will make a personalized proposal matching your requirements for the requested training.
6. All our prices include lunch and refreshments during the training at our premises.
7. Courses, material and exams are in English.
8. All prices are exclusive VAT.
9. The following group discount is applicable when participants from the same company subscribe:
2nd participant: -10%
3rd participant: -15%
4th participant: -20%
10. The following combination discount is applicable when the participant subscribes for following training together:
ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level and ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level, Agile Extension: -15% on the second course.
ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level and any ISTQB® Certified Tester Advanced Level: -15% on the second course.
11. The Test Leaders is a registered training provider for the KMO Portefeuille. Via the KMO Portefeuille training participants qualifying for the subsidy measure can benefit from a reduction up to 40% on our trainings.
